Our Services
Aspire is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. This allows for more personalized, confidential care without the limitations required by insurance companies.
Individual therapy at Aspire is provided through secure telehealth, so you can attend sessions from the comfort of your own space. Many clients find this makes it easier to stay consistent and fit therapy into their lives.
In our work together, we focus on what’s actually going on for you, including your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and what you want to change. We’ll identify your goals and create a plan that fits you.
People often come to therapy for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult life transitions.
I use a range of approaches, including EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and other therapies depending on your needs.
The pace and length of therapy are individualized. This is your process, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps you process distressing or traumatic experiences so they no longer feel emotionally overwhelming.
Instead of only talking through what happened, EMDR uses a structured approach with bilateral stimulation (back-and-forth eye movements or sounds) to help your brain fully process those experiences.
Over time, the memory becomes less intense and no longer triggers the same emotional or physical reactions.
EMDR is commonly used to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, and many other types of mental health disorders.
As that emotional intensity decreases, you’re able to move forward with more clarity and a greater sense of control.
EMDR works very well through telehealth. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that provides the bilateral stimulation we need through guided visuals or sounds, allowing us to do the same depth of work you would in an office.
